Had a fantastic stay for 1 night. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was tasty for a reasonnable rate. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from Edward. Shops and city centre shops were right next door. Moreover, we could park the car nearby.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly - the food was reasonably priced and the location was excellent for all attractions and shopping in Derry
Little details, we had a deluxe room which gives a free paper each monring, we only got it one morning out of three - small point but annoying. The advertising also stated a free movie for deluxe rooms, this is out of date as that service is not available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was relaxed and the hotel was excellent a very enjoyable stay. Beds were too firm for me, but neverless comfortable. Lighting in the room was too dim for me but I could read in bed comfortably. The hotel is trying to save energy. The food was excellent. Breakfast was very good and there was something for every taste. We enjoyed a delicious evening meal with our family and the price was excellent value for such excellent food and service. We would definitely stay again. There was also entertainment which we did not expect and the standard was high. The indoor swimming pool are was excellent and the only downside for me was the depth of the pool, it was shallow, however it suited the children and swimming was a pleasure, steam room and jacuzzi were also very relaxing. However, communal changing room was not to my taste, I found it very embarrasing. The showers where hot and private. Maybe the showers should be communal and changing rooms private???
Nothing except the firmness of the beds.

Would recommend for a getaway
Bright room, comfortable bed, the view of the river was fantastic, and with free parking available, it made exploring the area convenient and stress-free.
Everything was spot on.

We loved our room, The staff were extremely helpful even though it was a very busy weekend of the jazz festival.
We were very disappointed in our breakfast each morning..It was all very greasy and no fried eggs only scrambled eggs.

great service but a few minor issues
The leisure centre was very nice, especially the swimming pool which was quite relaxing. The front door staff member was a true gentleman. The restaurant staff went the extra mile to accommodate specific dietary needs.
